Please add Apple Pay for Payment as Mastercard ID Check can be clumsy depending on payment provider

Had some problems with meeting the driver due to a big event in the city where all the streets were blocked. Even though the driver didn’t speak English, we were able to manage everything with the webtaxi central hotline. They were really kind and patient. Very well handled. One thing I don’t like is just the arch-like representation of the planned trip. Could be optimized

I generally like it to save cost - but the recent cutover from the old to the new app version caused troubles De-install the old app and register again Also the phone line is great !

Had issues with the registration but customer support never came back to me. Also for registering a credit card they charge you $1 you will never get back - why?

Just needs more translation on the options page (mine is still in French, would be nice to have that in the system language too)

The web taxi service is good, the app, however is not or there is a backend issue. Unable to sign into my account, unable to get an email for password reset! Unable to sign up an account as email is already used for an account. Unable to sign up with different email as phone number is already used! So, luckily that keeps the call center busy, otherwise no cab to be ordered. BTW this is true for website, iOS phone and iPad. And yes, have deleted the app and reinstalled. Sent email with all this but as there was no response I am posting this review. Also, wenn picking start/end points, searching for Airport, do I really need to see JFK Airport in Luxembourg, who will hitch a ride there?
