Webull is a user-friendly platform with advanced charting tools and real-time market data, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced traders. After the recent update on my iPad, the app now displays the phone version, which reduces the chart size in both landscape and portrait modes. This makes quick trades difficult. Despite several updates, the issue persists, so I’ve stopped using the app.
Please make font size adjustable in iOS.
App is great for trades but not optimised on iPad mini
The iPad version is unable to be used in landscape mode unlike what is shown in the app preview above. Disappointed.
One of the best trading platform in SG. Minimum trading fees for stocks and options . However the app features need to be improved for reports and navigation. Basic feature like P/L is missing in this app. You have to manually calculate the P/L . Navigating to option page from the open positions , you will need to go though multiple pages . 17/09/24 : P/L is recently added and it’s getting better. 26/06/24 : P/L is show wrong amount. It showed 43k loss while my actual p&l was in positive. Upon raising complaint to support response was “ P&L is just visual representation it does not give actual P&L” and suggested to manually calculate the P/L. Why? Why show the wrong information ? If we need to manually calculate don’t show incorrect data to users.
Does not support USD deposit via Revolut or Youtrip. Claims does have FX conversion fees, but “partner bank” rate is subjected to “market fluctuations”. You get a lousy rate when you deposit SGD and convert it to USD within their app, and then when you convert USD to SGD for withdrawal, you lose one more time. I dont think their 7% Webull promo can cover the loss at all.

Be careful! After they automatically put your cash into a money market fund called Webull it is a huge pain to get the money withdrawn. Also, the currency exchange spread will kill you. Transferred around 10k SGD to USD and back (within the space of around 1 minute) and was left 50 SGD short.
Create a Dynamic Island feature where we can see love price change for a stock we choose!!! -1 star for all the money I have lost+ the possible interface that could be developed if the developers put In a little more work.
