As a user in Ghana, not long ago I registered for the account, I’ve been locked out. I went on to open another account because it’s the only medium to communicate with my Chinese suppliers. I completed the identity verification by paying $1 yet I’ve been locked out again. I asked a friend to verify me which he did. Few days ago I can’t add new friends, confirm requests neither access payment services for no reason at all. I think it’s deliberate to make WeChat unusable for foreigners. Sent messages but no response.

Please why you people have make things difficult like that , people from another countries wanted to join but this is the case person have made your system very hard which doesn’t allow others from another countries join

Why will you have to make someone scan your code for you to get verified. And if he or she is not not an active member for 6 months before he can activate your account

I won’t advise anyone to download WeChat especially business owners and students. They block accounts for no apparent reasons. If you do not want foreigner using your app then specify it because you don’t offer any better experience at all. The app ad and the developers are racist I think because how else do you explain the services you render. You claim privacy and yet you do otherwise. You block accounts like it’s a hobby or competition with other coworkers. Very poor app and claiming account ma have been reported when you know very well it’s a lie. I wish App Store doesn’t allow you anymore to use their platform. Shame on you.

I have used the application for a while now and I strongly believe insisting on the Chinese language make the application unattractive. An application should give room to choose whatever language that is recognised internationally. Why subscriptions be limited to the Chinese language only? I will rate the application 1/10 any day, any time It is simply not attractive. Blackberry placed a lot of restrictions on BBM, where is the application today?
