Not smart Plug

It can’t connect to Alexa or Google assistant. They need to update their app to work with third party apps like Alexa.

Weconn app plugs

Sadly it used to work with Alexa but no longer. Advised by Amazon that no longer work on BT network so I need to purchase new. Two ordered but no discount but lots of sorry. Sad!

Trash

Trash, App does not work, plug does not work. Spend a bit more and get a quality western Alexa enabled brand. Mines in the bin.

Absolute junk

App and plugs are flaky at best. App often loses settings and devices get dropped often and need reconnecting to the wifi system from a fresh. Makers have a LOT of work to do!

Smart plug will electricity usage display

This app is great. Displays current electricity consumption in Kw and displays consumption per day, week or month.

USED to work with Alexa

These plugs (and the app with it) used to work as desired. They USED to be connectable via the app and then work well in conjunction with any Alexa/Echo device. Now, I can set the plugs up on the app with relative ease but there is no way I’ve found to connect the plugs through to Alexa. They are just not discovered and the app shows them as local (controlled by the app) only. So basically... utterly unfit for purpose now. Thoroughly disappointed in both the quality of the app, the functionality of the plugs and app in combination and the fact that I’m stuck with tech that doesn’t do the one thing it was designed for...

Works well for me

The plugs and app work very well for me. I especially love being able to turn on/off by schedule and I also love the electricity usage report. Please can you try to get to get the electricity report to look nice on the iPad as well thanks.

Why delete all the plugs on an update?

Which cretinous moron thought it a good idea to delete all my working sockets when I update the app? It’s difficult enough to connect the sockets anyway but to have to reconnect just because you update the app is moronic!!! Singularity unimpressed!

Keeps deleting plugs and timer information since update get it sorted

Annoying update

Only app I know of that deletes all your info and attached plugs when updating the app 🙄, now I need to re add all my plugs ... again
