There are too many hate speeches in this app while the administrator failed to monitor or deal with them. If you report it, they just simply block the speech for you, meaning you won’t be able so see it, but the words are still there. Given the fact that they overly collected the personal information, they still ignore those improper speeches to spread.

There’s no way I will give them my ID with FULL PERSONAL INFORMATION including name, dob and address to this tras.h company, not knowing what they’d do with that info. In my country, asking for such info online is illegal. I would never trust this company, not to mention they treat my pick the worst way I could’ve ever imagined. Stay away, don’t waste your money, don’t risk your personal information being compromised.

If you don’t pay for the in-app subscription, this app is useless, there is no point of downloading it. If you do subscribe, they will collect your personal info wayyyyyy beyond what is required, and you’ll never know what they gonna do with these info. And the user agreement (which users normally skip and agree) is very unfair and unreasonable. Be aware and stay away from this app, and protect your personal info!

For users don’t speak Chinese, it’s ridiculous that this all the user agreements, privacy policies are in CHINESE!!! If you don’t want to risk your money, stay away from this app.

This is the worst fan app! Don’t buy this!

Trust me, the contents were not worth of your money. Save that membership budget to a yummy meal would make me happier :(

It's ridiculous that it requires identify verification in order to make comments. I paid for two year subscription and it wasn't a requirement back then. And this app has no English translation😡
