Love that you have all the products I want! But fix the shipping costs, they are ridiculous I can’t afford over $60 or more from each individual shipper just to get free shipping. I understand if all the shippers are combined then I could afford the amount to get free shipping but not from every different shipper. I feel personally that you would get a whole lot more orders.

Wee app is so amazing with optimum prices and excellent variety of items of all Indian groceries.

I recently heard about Weee and had to check it out, the prices are sooo affordable, this is very convenient for me to shop online and the delivery is so fast, you are also able to watch your delivery live. I get so excited for my grocery to arrive, this is my new Amazon 😂 I have to mention, the packaging of the groceries are awesome, specially the frozen goods. Weee has so many choices of Filipino foods, I love it 😍. I started sharing Weee to my friends, they thought I was Weee’s sales rep, because of how excited I am shopping online lol. I will forever be grateful for Weee❤️ This cuts my think of what to cook, my grocery time and even cooking, because my family can cook it themselves, there are so many ready made food that you can just heat up in the air fryer and microwave. This is new way to shop, Weee 😊 Thank You 🙏

Where I live it’s difficult to find Asian groceries, especially at reasonable prices. I love that we live in an age where i can find the items i love, at reasonable prices and have this stuff show up at my doorstep next day. I’ve also been able to try tons of products that aren’t even available in my local stores. I also started ordering the restaurant food recently which tbh i was a bit skeptical at first how that would work shipping it (they throw in the dry ice pack to keep it frozen, just throw the food in the microwave for a few minutes), but my god I’m glad i tried it. I love pork buns and the one restaurant I have locally is overpriced and mediocre but thanks to Weee I’ve been getting them freshly made at good prices, delivered next day from a restaurant a state over. I never would have been able to get them without Weee. This app is a god send.

I have ordered on and off from from this app multiple times and usually they are super amazing! Unfortunately this will be my last order from them because the delivery driver dropped off my order to the incorrect address. I had asked for a refund for my order that was $85 as I’m in a leg cast and cannot drive. Every single customer service agent I’ve spoken to has told me they WILL NOT offer a refund and just go drive and pick up the order. (((It’s been a couple of days now since the order has been delivered to the incorrect address))) I’ve told them multiple times I was in a cast and am not able to drive that’s why I ordered the groceries from the app. I’ve requested a supervisor/manager multiple times and they keep brushing me off saying they are in a meeting. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that they are not offering other means to the solve the issue (ex. Refund, or reshipping order to my correct address). They are basically saying well we’re keeping your money but your not getting what you paid for. I’m usually not the type to leave a review but I’m losing almost 100 dollars and they aren’t trying to solve the issue at hand. JUST BE CAREFUL WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE COMPLETELY TERRIBLE!!
