Big fan! But no NZ Bank support
This is a great app. I trialled the pro version and it’s worth it! Will change my review to 5 stars once NZ banks are integrated. Excited for that day and will be manually adding till then. Very worth it!

This app is hands down the best budget app over come across and I’ve used a few now. Easy to navigate and there’s something this app does that sets it apart from others. Only been using a few days but I know it’s easy to use and best of all, it’s going to work! Being a user from New Zealand, my only hope is that one day soon we can sync with our banks accounts
I desperately want to love this app but there’s one major issue and a few nits. The major issue … no Apple Card support. It’s my primary card so the budget is effectively useless without it. Nits … having to ignore cc payments seems like a hack. And plaid doesn’t support E*trade with 2FA. I suppose the later doesn’t matter as it doesn’t really do anything with investment accounts from what I can tell, but it could be more full featured.
Love the Weekly app—it’s now part of my whole financial tracking process on a biweekly pay period schedule. The one thing that would make this app even better is an integration with Apple Watch so I can add an expense (or income) from the watch via complication on the watch face.
While I think this is a useful budgeting app and I enjoy using, I absolutely despise the daily memos!! They are negative, sounds like they’re written by a teen who’s struggling to be creative, things like “oh joy, reminder that I’m broke again” or something alone the lines of “bruh, you’re haven’t logged anything, you sure your ok!?” It’s a f budgeting app, you don’t inspire people to make behavioral changes by negative talk and yelling th em they’re stupid. Change the narrative and focus of your memos to something positively inspiring and this would be a GREAT app. Right now these silly memos make it very mediocre. The app itself is solid, but the negative tone of the memos &reminders is appalling and juvenile.
As someone with ADHD, I’ve found tough times with prior budgeting apps. However, the way Weekly simplifies the budgeting process makes it the most effective and efficient budgeting app on the market. It’s been astounding on helping me to save money and control my impulse buying.
Not to be dramatic, but this app has been life-changing for my financial health. I’m slightly obsessed with budgeting so I’ve tried many apps and different systems. Nothing has helped bring me as much peace and financial cushion as the Weekly app. I love its minimalist aesthetic (widget of my dreams!), user friendliness, and the behavioral-psych approach that comes with a weekly budgeting system; there’s so much freedom and accountability in having a fresh start every week. I’m so thankful to the creators of this app. 🩵
I stumbled upon this app by accident one day. I have tested every budgeting app around and was using YNAB regularly but wanted something similar and easy to explain to my partner. I hadn’t ever heard of this app but decided to try it. It blew my mind by how good it was. It is super easy to set up. The team has thought of everything and made it easy to use. You can tell they’ve spent a LARGE amount of time thinking the right way to add every feature. The app is incredibly intuitive due to the thoughtfulness of the founders. Even more advanced things like adding tips to purchases and things, I assumed they wouldn’t work. Instead, they are a joy to use. Weekly will call out that a tip has been added and the purchase was adjusted. I had to reach out to support one time due to a bug. They responded several times in last than an hour and had my problem resolved. I have NEVER received this level of support for a product before. Highly highly recommend if you’re looking for your next budgeting app!!
Am a newbie . Still trying to understand how to use the app. The Discover account is the only one that is failing to sync. That’s my primary account. Any help on this ?
I do financial analysis for work and am more interested in budgeting than I should be. I’ve tried multiple budgeting methods and apps trying to find the best approach. Weekly is the best I’ve found so far. Of all the approaches we’ve tried, we’ve had the most success with saving money and not overspending since using Weekly.
