Every time I launch this app I need to convince it I’m not in Fairfax, VA. I’m in Pennsylvania. You have my account, I’m physically in the store, start with that and don’t try to geolocate based on my IP.

Constantly spending time building the same shopping list over and over, cause the app resets and loses the entire cart. Or loses everything when you transfer your list to delivery

Recently switched from Instacart to the Wegmans app. Spent a day recreating all of My Lists. It started off nice until I realized that if an item is not in stock then the app will not show that item in My Lists. On the Instacart app, if an item was not available it just showed it greyed out. With the Wegmans App, it completely removes the item from My Lists. My wife and I build up our weekly grocery list throughout the week then shop on the weekend. By the time we go shopping, we are forgetting items at the store that we need because they have been removed from the list. At least keep them but grey them out so I know to look for somet similar.

FIX THIS!!!!!! This has been going on now for 2-3 months, it’s getting ridiculous. Search function just freezes, nothing shows up even when I choose from something simple like bananas even when the app suggests a product, it will not load ANYTHING. You can’t use it to locate items or make a list. App is nearly useless. Wegman’s normally sets the standard for how to best run a business, this shouldn’t be that hard to fix.

I’ve deleted, reinstalled it and nothing will load. Frustrating for sure.

Developers: please add the ability to add your Shoppers Club card to Apple Wallet.

I continually have problems trying to search for any products on shelves are in stock. All I ever get is the circling stopwatch. My wife can be standing right beside me and hers works OK.

I’ve tried for six hours to search for tea to add it to my grocery list and it just keeps scrolling. What’s wrong with the App?

Literally the most frustrating app, who does IT for Wegmans?!? I tried to create a profile on the app and whenever I enter the verification code they send me, it says the code is expired or invalid. So I request a new code, same message, over and over in an infinite loop. Then I tried submitting comment asking for help on their website and the submission won’t go through because the phone number isn’t in the correct format (with dashes). But there’s no way to add dashes because the site is supposed to automatically put it in the correct format, which it’s not doing.

Search results are slow to populate and their suggested items they always push to the top are not what I want. There are duplicate results frequently as well. My wife adds stuff to the list on her phone, and frequently I find the list to be empty when I sign on the same account with my phone when I'm in the store. What a nuisance. The only positive thing is the aisle numbers. If it wasn't for that, I would literally never use this trash app.
