Terrible customer service
After booking a flight you can’t make any changes to your reservation. They require you to make an international call to customer service, and after a lengthy and costly conversation with customer service nothing gets resolved. They’re absolutely useless.

للأسف التطبيق غير واضح في تفاصيل حجز طيران مرتين احجز عن طريقهم للسايق وبعدين اكتشف ان تذكرة بدون أكل ولا حتى ماء مره الأولى على قطرية ومره ثانية على العربية مع أني دافعين مبلغ مو رخيص
التواصل معهم متعب
تطبيق غاية في السوء لابد من الانتظار ايام لكي تصل لخدمة العملاء!!
Bad app
Yesterday I bought a ticket and everything was perfect, they sent me a confirmation code, I verified it with the airline's app, after a few hours I checked again and it turns out that there is no longer an existing reservation, I contacted Wego and according to them the airline was who canceled the reservation to which the money was charged from my account. and supposedly I'm going to wait 7 business days to get my money back, but I think they are scammers
