Doe not work properly

If a connection not in use still 100-150 liter reported. It can’t be tested using the app as their customer care asks us to do because this misleading results slowly appears over the time in 24 hours of duration. I am not sure why such false report is generated.

App issues - The app doesn’t have push notifications on errors or issues that occur at resident locations. The App design is mediocre. Support issues - the tech support is terrible when it comes to solving issues, the wait time is high and they don’t respond quickly. And every email will generate a new ticket.

Customer service is very pathetic.Not reliable sensors. Just shoot’s up abnormally high. When raised ticket even after detecting the problem of sensor error ,technicians are lazy enough to visit site and resolve.it’s been more then a week and no response from techncians nor proper response to the mail.

Data shown in Wegot app is incorrect. When ticket is raised there is delay in getting it rectified from Wegot team

Fairly accurate and reassuring when it comes to being on top of consumption and wastage.

The App gives useful date and usage, but the servicing team is slow to respond to complaints.

The sensors never work properly and provide incorrect readings and billing. Sensors for my flat were not showing any readings for many months. While, for somw other flats, the numbers were exorbitantly high. Customer service is pathetic and sometimes feel they are almost nonexistent.

This is one F..ed up app and company. The app show total incorrect readings and they have a weird support team.
