pity to us as a staff if you are very sick and need to reg to get appt Que number or you need to come next day. So terible. Also if you forgot and need to reset the pasword the sytem lagging.

I downloaded the app and registered my username and password. When I tried updating my profile, I could not select a birthdate earlier than 1960. I logged out and tried login again. Message indicated “Successful login”. After agreeing to receiving notifications and access to locations, I the clicked. The app hanged. I deleted and reinstalled the app. Clicked “Forget Password”. Was given a link in my PC to reset password. Pwd was reset and I registered my details in the PC. This registration form allowed birthdate before 1960 to be entered. Good, I thought so. Went back to my app in my mobile phone. Login using same username and password. Proceeded to accept notifications and allowed access to location, and clicked. App hanged again. Screen was blank. Deleted and reinstalled the app a few times. App hanged each time after successful login when access to locations was allowed. This was indeed very frustrating. Pls seriously do something to improve the app. BTW I am using iOS 16. I have also sent my feedback via email and WhatsApp. TQ.

This is a db stupid app. After you download can’t find where to make appointment. Only asking about fitness and health. How are senior citizens ever going to do manage this?! Even the age registration is limited to 1960, what about those above that?! For heaven’s sake if the hospital wants patience to register this way then make it seamless and user friendly! Such a waste of time!

In this version all the functions are working probably except which are not implemented

This app doesn’t work with iPhone. Please fix the app.

VERY BAD APP, CANT REGISTER, FAILED APP, DONT INSTALL

Error register using iphone. Try to use the website. ‘Email already used’. Check the email, none of the messages from umch. I used to walk in the RUKA, they ask me to go back and install all of this ‘powerful’ apps and set an appointment. Im dying at that time. So sad.

Cannot register Error Failed

I cant login this app from my iphone 11. Had to use my pc to login via its website umchtech.com The website doesnt allow me to register my son 12 years old as a user. I registered as myself as the user and i cant add my son to attend the appointment in ummc. There are no option for it.
