Για έναν απλό χρηστη, είναι μια κατανοητή εφαρμογή χωρίς δύσκολο μενού και ρυθμίσεις. Για έναν απαιτητικό χρηστη, έχει πολλά που μπορεις να πειράξεις. Και αρκετές ρυθμίσεις. Πολύ ευχαριστημένη με την αγορά αυτή!
Easy to use, very useful statistics over a weekly, monthly, yearly period. I bought the pro version because I wanted to read my previous weight data from another app (through csv file). Great graphs and there is the option of a password so you can keep your weight secret! Also it is quite flexible because you can chose the starting date of your weight tracking (for those of us who start over and over!). Having looked in the Apple store for similar apps (and used some of them) I think that this one is one of the best around for weight tracking with a lot of features. A plus is the auto backup.

I’ve been using this simple little app to monitor my weight for a couple of years now and love it! Ideally, weigh on a daily basis on accurate scales, but weekly or monthly would work, too (not as motivating for me). Simple graph shows how weight varies over time (single tap easily changes it from 1 week/month/year plus other intervals) Set a target weight, add notes to weigh-ins, and display BMI are also some valued options. Really simple, but really valuable, app for me
This app works well for me. it’s quick and easy to use now I’m used to it. I’ve improved my portion control and make informed decisions about when and how to include indulgence days without losing my motivation. I can focus on recording what I eat and drink, without tantalising photos and recipes of food and drinks that would tempt me to stray off course. I eat what I want, when I want and enjoy the freedom I’ve gained around food. Intermittent fasting made it easier to cut out night binges. It’s a convenient reflection tool and weight loss tracker. I don’t even think about trying other apps since finding Weight Diary.
This just works so well - it covers everything I need in a simple yet effective way. There are other apps out there for logging food intake, checking your macros etc, but if you just need something to track your weight, then this works perfectly. Highly recommend it.
