This app is just fabulous in my opinion. It keeps track of everything I need to know and stores my progress. I have lost 3 stone with the visual help of this app A*

I like the app because I can see how much I weigh and to keep a record of my progress allowing me to be aware of how much I have to get to my goal weight

Great little app when loosing weight. Target line helpful also. Along with BMI indicator. I had dent used it fore years but still had my data from that time

Excellent Ap. Free, easy to use, no annoying ads or constant pressure to upgrade and no limit on the number of foods/meals that can be recorded or created and saved. Would highly recommend over alternatives all of which have been tried and discounted owing to some or all of the above mentioned shortcomings.
