Welcome App

App is not communicating with the doors, the app keeps closing. I need to walk down several floors to open the door. When the app does work, the app is so slow and needs too many steps to get to open the door, so that we miss out on numerous deliveries. Meaning, we cannot open the app and then immediately press “open the door”.. they have made a very easy idea something way too complicated which is no need for. The video quality is poor, you literally cannot see who is at the door. The sound/microphone is lacking so people from outside can’t hear what we are saying. Furthermore we keeps getting sound and message notifications (up to 50 a day) every time someone from the building opens their app or tries to open the door for their guests. This is extremely stressful and annoying.

Pongo 1 y tendría que no ponerla, falla siempre que llaman. Marca ocupado y no hay nadie usándolo, y aunque lo hubiera tendría que poder ver lo que sale en la cámara.

Permite atender la puerta aunque no estés en casa. Es tremendamente práctica.

Falla muchísimo. Al conectarse desde el teléfono. Tanto para abrir. Como para ver.

La aplicación parece diseñada hace 10 años. Muy poco usable. Falta integración con HomeKit, atajos o similares. Y por supuesto, Apple Watch por favor. Poder abrir desde el reloj.

After the last update, I don’t get any notifications on my iphone for incoming calls. So now it’s useless. All the rest of the features are still working, but what is the point if I cannot know when someone calls in?

Genial ver quien llama a tu casa. Pero difícil de enlazar con el vídeo portero.

Cada cierto tiempo falla y no funciona
