What a surprise this morning. I can't enter my gym WellFitness because app on ios18 struggling to login. Actually it can't login and shows unknown error. Well Done

UI jeszcze obleci ale brak możliwości odwołania miejsca w grupie na godzinę czy dwie przed planowanymi zajęciami fitness to jakiś żart. Jeśli coś mi nagle wypada, to chcę w łatwy sposób zwolnic miejsce dla innych a Wy utrudniacie mi życie blokując tą opcję, każąc dzwonić do klubu. Dla urządzeń z zablokowanym pokazywaniem mojej lokalizacji zakładka "kluby" nie pokazuje niczego. Przydałby się jakiś placeholder i formujacy gdzie szukać klubów, bo nawigacja z tego miejsca jest mało intuicyjna.

Nie mogłam anulować zajęć, wyświetlał mi się błąd.

There is NO cancellation button! Their gym was closed for construction so I found another one. I thought they'll cancel the subscription if just stopped payment. Also, they have a huge notice time. Overall they want to charge 600zl since I decided to cancel (after 2 years) and now they have started threatening another fee and collectors..

Są podstawowe informacje, natomiast brak możliwości zmiany pierwotnego klubu na nowy, nie aktualizuje się ilość osób w klubie, a co najważniejsze to brak możliwości zmiany płatności bądź w ogóle zapłaty, po raz kolejny pojawia się błąd przy zapłacie za karnet i teraz żeby wejść na siłownię muszę iść do recepcji albo czekać na maila że jest nie opłacony i opłacić linkiem.

I signed up for a subscription, practiced for 2 months and then I had circumstances in my life when I didn't have money to pay for the next month. I went to my personal cabinet to look for the cancel button, but this button is just not there. Then I found the email of the support service and wrote them to cancel my subscription (because it was not possible to change the card in my personal cabinet). The answer from support was: We can cancel your subscription only after 2 months. And the fact that I can not pay for it and even physically come to the gym they did not care. As a result, I was charged a sum of 588 zl for 3 months of non-payment. To say that I was shocked is nothing to say plus they said that if I do not pay, they will be forced to turn to the collectors. In the end they make slaves out of people.
