This app has good potential but sadly every time I use the app the shade chart takes so long to load if it loads at all

Every time I go to use the app I can’t get into it until it has been updated. I log in probably 3 or 4 times a month and every time I have to up date. Also the screen is very small. I would prefer the pages to fill my screen.

The old app is ALOT better and actually has ALL shade names and numbers. It just freezes and says to use the new app which HAS NEVER WORKED PROPERLY and has ALOT of missing shades especially noticeable in Color Touch. Deleted the app and will just use the website or the good old shade chart. Who needs digital

This app is easy and quick to use. I like the favourites button, makes ordering easy. The shade chart is also a helpful feature

It’s to complicated to use especially when your in a rush

This app has changed the ease of ordering. Sure there’s some bugs where you need to reload the app in order for it to work properly again. However if you’ve been with Wella for 5+ years you’ll appreciate this app. When you forget to do an order cause it gets busy you can easily do it on your phone on the way home from work. It’s also very easy to quickly add something in the app whilst youre mixing up colour and something runs out. You think oh we need to order that! You can just add it in less than 2 minutes.

Once you put the tint colour in the basket, you cannot see the colour number ie base 6/0 . so if you want to edit, it, just makes it difficult to use

Constantly lagging, not loading properly and the shade chart of the lowest quality imaginable. Absolutely loved the old app with its shade chart features and now can’t access it at all. Such a shame

I have iphone 14 pro max and I am on 800mbs wifi and the pics in shadechart are loading and lag in middle and after that nothing;) so mby fix it guys because company like wella producing something like this is a shame ;(

Forced to download this instead of the old Wella app, but can’t sign in to this one, it’s just stuck in a loop. And now the old app has a pop up saying I have to download this app and the pop up isn’t close-able so I can no longer access Wella shade charts. I’m a mobile hairdresser… Am I meant to carry physical charts sound everywhere with me?!
