Great App to start a training based on Bands. The best feature on this kind of trainings is that I can use bands at home, at gym in a park or in office. This app is revolutionary giving you the possibility to train also a single muscle with dedicated exercises. The app is clear and really well done, good job guys!

Struggled through my first work out, tuff! Apps no fluff, straight to the point, which I like.

… but! It seems to be exactly what I am looking for. I already have bands yet was looking for an app that used loop bands rather than handles. More reviews coming as I delve more into this app.

I can feel the exercises working and can feel the muscles getting put to work. Very good app and recommend for others. Will update for results :)

Why can’t other workout apps be this easy to use… thank you Weller for making this app. I hope someday apple health can be a part of this program but til then you guys rock Well you guys went and done it…yay! I just started using this app, and I like it because it’s very simple… This is simpler (and cheaper) than anything I have used in the past… I am happy with this app…

Yeah to say that I am new to resistance bands and was looking for something informative, So far I am really enjoying using the application. it interprets the breakdown of how many repetitions for muscle growth for specific upper/lower and whole muscle groups. Also the structure of the pictures are very informative and easy viewing. Well lastly even though using it’s not completely free ,$29.99 to upgrade ,but I’ve would like to say I definitely do recommend it to and to try it out yourself.
