Wellness by LetsLose

The Wellness by LetsLose connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from LetsLose. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.
As a LetsLose patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your LetsLose provider. Communicate with LetsLose in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.
This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app.
Intuitive Design
The app is designed specifically for LetsLose patients and you can't use the app unless you're a LetsLose patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. LetsLose uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
