Years ago I went to a yoga place that used this app. Haven’t gone in 4 years. I tried to use this app at t new gym and it forces me towards the old yoga place, even with a different sign on. MULTIPLE fitness places use this app!!! Users MAY go to MULTIPLE fitness places. FIGURE IT OUT!

Agree with previous review. App seems to need multiple programming fixes. Initial login can require repeated installs and uninstalls until stars align and login screen inexplicably appears. Even then, screen may switch to Oops before access stabilizes and login is permitted. Support for end user clients extremely limited. MINDBODY seems to work much better.

I use the desktop/web version, wanted to have a better experience on the go with a phone app. Downloaded the app, logged into the app, was asked to add my date of birth, when I submitted it gave an error saying my phone number was already tied to a user 🙄. Yeah me!

Most screen don’t support the iPhone notch introduced 6 years ago and I get emails about upcoming appointments the day after the appointment took place. Seriously?

This is the worst app. Do NOT spend your money on this. There are plenty others that don’t have all the bugs this has. In addition, their customer service is non-existent. You can’t get a hold of anyone and you are always waiting on someone to call you back. It’s 2024! Online customer service should be second to none.

I thought mind body was bad. This is worse. Search for another option. It’s alway a pain in the butt to switch software but it’s worth looking elsewhere.

Downloaded to get a local yoga studio schedule and all I get is the logo. No links or menu.

Please fix your wait list functionality! If the confirmation hour goes by and you miss it, you are stuck in limbo even if there is an open space. You can’t select it. You also can’t select an open spot if you aren’t on the wait list and the confirmation window for wait listed person is over.

If you try to login using google or apple you keep getting an error message. If you try to sign up on the website you get glitched out on the “save” screen. Frustrated. waste of time. Worst app.
