Having worked with athletes since 1992 and being involved in athletics for over 40 years I have witnessed the struggles many athletes face. WellnessU is a game changer, so much that I chose to partner with this team to continue to elevate player in there game and in the game of life. This app is very easy to use and a great resource.

I wish I had access to something like this when I was in school. Mental health is such a critical aspect in the development of the student / student athlete. Being able to have support and take assessments through this app will help ease stress and allow an individual to develop coping skills to build a solid foundation to thrive. I would highly recommend WellnessU to anyone considering it.
