The app does not allow me to add my steps tracked. Update: a number would be helpful to contact support or at least provide a way for me to submit a ticket. Neither the response nor the app has a way for me to contact support. Now within the app there are several monthly opportunities I cannot complete for some reason. This is app needs work.

If you enable push notifications (not text notifications) for a challenge, and then complete the challenge, you still get push notifications for the completed challenge and there’s no way to disable push notifications for the challenge because you can no longer access the challenge once it’s completed. PLEASE FIX!

I have to have this app to recive a discount on my health benefits from my employer. This app is not user friendly. Won’t track anything from my phone, and asks to visit the web. Maybe it’s set up differently for just someone wanting to track there fitness, I have an app I use for person tracking and it is 100% times better and it’s free.

The app seems like it is nice, but for some reason the pictures aren’t downloading, and it is having problems in general.

App makes many incorrect assumptions in producing reports. No history assessed (why not ask how things were a year ago). Appears to assume all joint pain is because of arthritis. There are other sources of joint pain. Disappointing that is use is supported by many companies.

Overall the app is pretty decent- but could use some UX/UI updates. Also, it’s a very roundabout process to get data feed from an Apple Watch (in that, you CAN’T directly connect an Apple Watch- only Apple Health) When trying to choose a new habit, part is description is cut off (has been the case for every one I’ve selected & others I’ve just previewed)

Force closes every time I complete the registration part and click continue. When I pull the app back up all my information I entered is gone. I have tried multiple times and even a month apart to see if it was fixed yet.

This app is so easy to use. I can track all of my challenges quickly.

The app makes it easy for me to complete my workplace wellness program as I’m out and about.

I love the fresh take on the app and some of the new features incorporated to make it so easy to use.
