This WF CEO app has been crashing this week when attempting to sign in after the recent update.

The option for mobile does not always appear. Even now as I type I cannot see letters…. Some small bugs makes this hard at times

It’s 2024, you would think Wells Fargo would have a smooth operating app by now. This app is an embarrassment.

Never works and takes forever to upload. I have the latest iPhone and I’m on Verizon. Also you have to turn off your vpn. Not sure how wells puts out a decent app for banking but really ruins it with this one.

This app does not work for the expenses landing page. Also, this is not a mobile app, just a webpage that attempts to be formatted in a mobile way, but does a very poor job of it. The fact that it opens up multiple tabs instead of smoothly transitions due to a different landing page within an application is very poor user experience.

This app is awful. I dread having to use it every month. It constantly makes me reset passwords. I’ve had to call into customer care on several occasions just to get back into the app. Just let me use SSO to login! And just let me keep doing that! Every time! I am shocked that a national brand like Wells Fargo can get away with having such a clunky app. If this app was built for my local credit union or grocery store, I’d give it a pass. Also, it’s not like an expense reporting app is new territory. Just copy any of the dozens of other expense reporting or banking apps out there, and it would be better than this.

Been using this app for almost 5 years for my business. It just gets worse and worse. Kicks us out all the time, freezes up, photo uploading is terrible. I hate this app.

Very slow always

App takes a very long time to get to the login page, and then freezes after typing in credentials.
