I have been loving the ease this app has for me to navigate healthy lifestyles. Easy use and easy to find what im looking for while uploading any documents

Terrible app. My employer uses this for their wellness program. What a waste of resources!

Recent improvements are great!

This app has greatly improved in the past year. I enjoy using this app to manage my wellness program at work versus logging in on my computer.

Not user friendly

The contact section doesn’t work. I cannot see or access my blood test results.

Not intuitive

You would think that Results Now would be how to see your lab results but it isn’t. Every time I try and find my labs, I have the hardest time locating them. I wanted to print my labs for my doctor but they don’t include a date on the results that you can print. It’s the absolute worse health app that is old school and not intuitive.

Improved

The app seems improved in terms of the sync issues from previous reviews.

Never syncs properly

Lots of opportunities to improve this app and make it more user friendly and intuitive. The sync feature with Strava & Apple Health never works properly, and it’s virtually impossible to connect with a human being to help fix it.

Terrible

Truly the worst app I’ve ever used. Logs you out constantly, menus do not make sense, finding anything is impossible, and constant updates that do not change anything. Just awful.

Apple Watch

There is NO compatibility with the Apple Watch

Must delete and download daily to use

This is used for work with my Apple Watch. The only way for this to work is for me to delete and download daily. I have contacted the help desk and no help. Such a disappointment.
