Update caused loss of credits BUT WEPHONE made it RIGGT!
I updated my phone to the new the new IOS and it appeared that I had lost all of my credits… I emailed in the area of where you give feedback and there was good communication between myself and Customer Service! After explaining what happened, my account was reinstated with all the credits that I had had prior to the update. Many people have reviewed this situation as a scam, but it is not, all you have to do is communicate! I recommend Wephone highly!!!!

The app becomes really slow when in use and mostly freezes

Easy and affordable way to get a local phone number. Unfortunately calls sometimes get dropped, some automated texts cannot be received, voice quality is low, phone numbers cannot be pasted into the app, the feedback form is broken in the app, and there is no customer service to speak with when something goes wrong.
