Service is really bad

Been using WePost for a month now and I’ve decided to switch to other shipping company. Shipping is slow and customer service is not responsive at all. They have so many CS channels but non is responsive.

Suka peram barang orang lama2. Servis whatapps tulis pukul 8pm tutup. Whatapps petang dah tak reply. Macam bodoh

Shipping time

Pls improve delivery time! Don’t give such excuses for delays like 11.11 or promo period. Hire more people so that won’t happen in warehouse and got my complaint.
