As my i own experience of using it , i paid 100 QR and give me 30 Km to ride, but unfortunately i spent only less than 3Km before i found no money left to ride during 3 days after i paid, those just a scams

I charged 200 riyals and I used only 60 riyals of it. After a few months, I found my balance be zero. I submitted complaint but there is no answer.

You only can use their scooter using the wallet and the lowest option is 150Qr when i was in qatar not only that you can’t use the scooter in many areas and I didn’t realize that until i paid the 150Qr minimum. Worst decision i make, they refuse to refund saying it’s a non-refundable amount. Stay clear of this app and its weird policies.

Asked me for my US mobile number and yet complains that it’s not a valid number. I guess you don’t want my business.

Too many notifications (ads) which is annoying behavior. ارسال عدد كبير من التنبيهات (اعلانات) وهذا شي مزعج.

It’s so expensive

They are stealing money you need to add money before your ride then you cannot book a group ride , once you need a refund they claimed that the amount its not refundable such a rip off company.
