Werble: Photo & Video Animator

LOVE LOVE LOVE, such a great app highly recommend deserves 10 stars but only allows 5 🤩 Would be great if you could add some baby pink and blue.

Awesome great wonderful video making app..lots of great effects some for free and others need to pay..which is ok for me now,at first I didn’t want ipto get paid effect ps but in the end I did and it was worth while..but please make more effects and make it for free too

I tried quite a lot of image editing/animation apps before settling on Werble, which in my opinion is light years ahead of competing apps. Firstly, the toolset available is incredibly versatile - dig a bit into the functions available for movement, masking, layering, you can get huge amount of creative mileage out of the tools. Secondly, they have a working persistent support chat system built into the app itself for issues or suggestions with a very active support team (never seen such service in an iOS app and is better than most big companies will do) - it really is both exceptional support and exceptionally rare to see this. Thirdly, the pricing is very fair for what you get - I really love the “buy what you need” approach, suits me perfectly to pay a few bucks for the fx I want and not pay for what I won’t use. Forth, there’s an expert mode to unlock the ability to add as much complexity to your creations as your device can handle - which is brilliant, rather than being restricted to an arbitrary limit based on the oldest supported device out there. They have really thought of everything from a UX side of things. Big thanks to Alex and team for the great experience.

Best app off its kind

I have tried a fair few art and animation apps on the iPad and I use a lot of full on Pro apps on the PC as well...I design 3D worlds for a living totally from scratch, so I kind of live in this world a fair bit. Now out of many apps I have tried and used on the IPad I can only count a few that are really good...and Werble is definitely one of them. First off the interface is very intuitive, it does not take that long to learn it, and it’s very powerful as well. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s still under constant development and it’s missing one or two features, like saving a WIP. Not that big of a deal really, but I decided to write to them about this anyway. To my surprise I got a few quite long replies from Alex and he really went into detail about a lot of the stuff that I was asking about and the pros and cons of implementing those features. In short I quickly realised that although Werble is a relatively small company, they actually are extremely dedicated to their product, and user base, this is very important!!! It’s perhaps the most important thing, so many companies are pretty impersonal these days, they care a lot about profit but not that much about developing their product to open up new creative grounds for their users, most don’t even listen to their users that much. So in this review I just want to point out that Werble is already unique in its ability to layer and animate transparent images PNG images thru various pulse and distortion generators, and it does it very well with a fair amount of control, and from what I have seen on the iPad, it is second to none in this area. It also gives you a fair amount of very realistic built in animated layers, so you can add these on top of your base image and get great results quickly. Plus you can also buy a large assortment of add on animated layers that are very well done and the price is really quite low...so you can build your portfolio quickly. Add to that it has all the photoshop, painter type features that you use in a serious photo app, such as layer blending with saturation, color dodge, hard light etc...and all the photo adjustment tools ...hue adjustment, mask painting, transform, sharpen etc...too many to list. After you use it for a little while you can quickly understand why it’s becoming one of the most popular animation, photo motion apps in IOS.

I love this app, the effects are amazing, but I really wish you guys would add a save project option so we can come back and work on it later, I spent hours on a project and lost it all because I opened another app. on a positive note please keep the effects coming 😘💜

Hi so I have a question how do I make it at video and not at photo 😹

This is app is enormous fun if you like adding moving elements (stars, water, smoke, flames and so much more) to pictures. There are several free packs, and the prices of the premium packs are not unreasonable. I had a small problem on my iPad and Olivia from Support responded very quickly (App Store problem, not Werble’s) with several fix suggestions. Highly recommended.
