Buyer beware

First, but of warnings: don’t place pads back on charger without uploading the data first. You will lose the data, which is beyond amateurish and annoying. Also, the finger thing loses data a lot so you shouldn’t turn that off either. I’m not sure how long that battery lasts on it, but the alternative of losing data isn’t worth the hassle. It also takes almost a full day for the report to come through. You think you did something wrong and then it just shows up. So weird. The pad adhesive is also not great. Woke up multiple days to the pads coming off in the middle of the night and stuck together sheets. So frustrating. I’m sending back.

After the most recent update, I can no longer see any reports for tests I’ve taken over the last 5 weeks. I don’t even see the reports button any longer. The support team basically gave me a canned email response about needing to wait 45 minutes for a report to show up, or I could also reboot to fix the problem, but they didn’t even bother my email about me already having done the reboot, reinstall, and hard reset on my phone. They also missed the callout about the reports button missing in the app. Pretty crappy app and customer service.

The app would not upload the data. Have to retake the test. Reports missing. Not impressed.

I charged all the things, did the whole test and uploaded the data, all of which was fairly involved and not well explained. Then I uploaded all the data, it looked like it was uploaded, and no sleep report. I tried to reinstall app as instructed and no sleep report. I tried to update the firmware on the pads, already updated. I tried to reupload data; stuck on upload screen. So much expense and effort for a device that seems not to work- not at all ready to be a sanctioned medical device.

After using one night after all the stress it put me through. The next night when I was supposed to used it just how it freezes when downloading, that’s exactly how I meet it showing downloading at stock at 94%. Decided to restart it now i can’t start it back because they say I won’t be charged but yet still they try charging me.

After sleeping with the devices, the app will process data. However, there is a delay with producing a sleep report. Sometimes the sleep report never comes.

I did everything as instructed, was even successful at the end to get the information downloading properly, answered post questions and all, and then when I look for the report, it doesn’t exist… Super annoyed, because my insurance provided a notice for the package saying I had to return the results in under 48hrs, and unfortunately waiting another night and when it gets received by the carrier will put me past that timeframe, otherwise I get billed more. I’m super grateful I went to another pulmonary doctor who was going to provide another test in house, because man this really sucks…

I have nights where in the morning it’s just stuck on “uploading your sleep data” at 0% for an hour. Then I force quit the app, and when I come back to it I’m logged out and the nights data is gone when I log back in. Great conceal and device but the app needs stability work. It’s very frustrating.

I have an iPhone 12 and it works great, very cool app that provides a lot of great info regarding my sleep. Would totally recommend this to anyone whether you have been diagnosed with a sleep disorder or not
