Unacceptably slow
Ever since the bank has upgraded their online services it takes a full 5-10 minutes for me to open the app on my iPhone OR the website on my computer. This holds true for both WiFi and with a strong cell phone signal. The bank suggested I delete the app and reinstall it. It made no difference. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve wanted to check my balance or see if a payment went through and I’ve just given up. It is very inconvenient and I’m planning on changing banks because I prefer online banking over keeping a paper check register.
