By far the best in town and using the App is effortless.

App and service are fairly decent and reliable. Unfortunately there’s occasionally drivers that will either accept your job 10-15 minutes before actually making their way towards you, and others that sometimes overcharge you.

The majority of the driver will wait for you to cancel just to get easy money absolutely ridiculous

I’ve had to wait 40+ minutes for my taxi at Gatwick Airport, had to call several times and was even asked to pay more than the fixed price on the app. Terribly disappointing.

Most of the times my driver needs to call the office to find out the price . Some times this delays me and miss my train. It’s right for the client to know the price also in advance. Drivers are lovely and kind

The drivers have their own method of scamming people. Western cars drivers are scammers bunch of criminals.

Very easy to book, payment in app available. Drivers are reliable and prompt. There is option for pre booking which is very handy. Very pleased.

Would be good to have a chat facility

The app wouldn’t let me put in my accurate address (a house name that didn’t appear in the drop down at all). When getting picked up from Gatwick they didn’t assign the driver until I called to ask why my cab was late. Drivers always great and professional. Will stick to phoning and getting WhatsApp notifications.
