This app is useless and have fees for almost everything. There are few better apps that works far better than this and without fees. And the debit card can’t be put in Apple Pay. So useless

I was trying to close my account but this app is full of bugs. N o one answers me through the call center

Nu functioneaza in parametrii normali, are foarte multe bug-uri!

I was keep going from costumer service to video call with a person that validates my information and the app didn’t work, finally after more than an hour and a half after keep going back and forward I somehow managed to have my account validated and ready too use. Apparently it needed to go through all the processes once more, even though they said is all validated. Next day I had a problem, I called customer service and the line kept breaking, like they hang out in the middle of the conversation. But this happens 4 times, and every time they hang out and I call back I hd to speak with a different person. And I saw that is a common problem WU has, but didn’t do nothing about it!!! 😡

I sent 3 feedbacks. All of them are FOR closing the account . No one is responding. The app is full of bugs. I am from Romania. I would like a phone number to disscus the problem of closing the account.

1.Nobody is responding trough callcenter; 2.Nobody is responding in app messages, i have messages that are “new” from august and september. 3.My physical card didn t arrive, and you cannot contact nobody. 4.I have a friend that his account is under review since august. People, don t get involved with this bank, they have no idea how to treat their customers, and no idea how to make their services good for others!!!

Installed this app for the reward money after a friend recommended it, made an account filled it with the desired amount of cash and no money received. It has been two weeks since i tried reaching out to customer service- no answer whatsoever. Don t bother registering try other apps

I have never left a review in my life, but the whole experience was so terrible, I had to leave one. I’ve done three biometric scans. Spoken with agents thrice. Still can’t access this app. 6 hours of my life I will never get back. Delete this garbage!
