Didn’t receive my 4 hours free parking, have downloaded app and added number plate but i had to pay $4 for going over 3 hours? Cannot see what I have done wrong, so confused

We have been trying to find out few information using the app and it is very horrible and unfriendly. I do know your team will ignore a one star rating but this is what it is qualified for.

Number plate recognition doesn’t work. Twice now I have gone to Southland to see a movie. Taking me over the first 3hrs free. Despite having my plates registered in app and putting plates in at cinema, I was stuck at exit having to pay…. Now I go to Chadstone where the parking is FREE!!!!!

It is difficult to find a function to change the car number for the parking function.
