Scam and unsafe. Never finds taxis or taxis cancel on you after being “confirmed”. The only one that picked us up locked the door and asked for more money despite the “guaranteed rare” in the app. No way to get support in the app. Run away

Can not register, get a link that does not work, ver frustrating and not confident I will get taxi at all

1. Once a ride is placed, you cannot cancel it and you _will_ be charged for it. If the GPS reading is 10 blocks away from you and you don’t realize it? Too bad. They know this is an issue because the feedback mechanism has a category just for this. 2. Just because you entered a destination does not mean the driver will receive that information, and have a map to get there. Be prepared to offer turn by turn guidance to drivers who cannot read an address off of a screen, even if you point them to it. I had a driver drive me west instead of south and try to drop me in a skeevy area. I showed him on the map the app provides that we were WAY off from where we should be and he didn’t understand. After a couple more attempts I finally managed to get him to understand the general area I was headed to but I had to give him exact directions (“left!”) to keep him on track, because he seemed unwilling to use the nav system in his car or on his phone.

The App is very useful, doing basically what Uber does with taxis. It is a very welcome addition. I am a big fan! Well done. From a fan point of view, I have some observations: the App has some weird missing features: one cannot write the address of a favorite destination - it has to be found with the map. But if I have the address why should I find it on the map? Then the receipt attached to emails cannot be visualized on iPhone ... I know the info is in the App, but the attached invoice is useful... why can’t it be read on the iPhone...? Basically, please add the missing features: then it will be a 5 star! Thank you!

Chiamato taxi per prendere mia figlia e farla riportare a casa. Il Taxi è arrivato nel giro di due minuti dalla chiamata. Tramite app mi è stato specificato auto che sarebbe arrivata e targa. Pagato direttamente da app tramite Satispay. L’app ha geolocalizzato il taxi e ho potuto monitorare il tragitto, inoltre all’arrivo mi è stata notificata la conclusione del viaggio. Taxi sta molto gentile inoltre. Tutto perfetto e preciso. Consigliatissima come app

Ho prenotato tramite app alle 23:10 ed è arrivato 20 minuti dopo. Così il mio ritardo a lavoro è stato inevitabile. Pessima app

App ok, ma il bug che non ti permette di inserire il codice sconto non sembra affatto casuale. Inoltre, dopo aver segnalato comportamenti scorretti di un tassista non ho ricevuto nessun feedback. Male

Al meno qui a Torino non funziona mai, la cattiva abitudine dei tassisti a volere prendere di più a corsa, una volta arrivati se miracolosamente arrivano, ti cancellano la corsa e loro mettono il tassametro coscienti che prenderanno di più Ci vorrebbe davvero un servizio pari o che le facesse concorrenza, qui la gentilezza si fa proprio mancare, quasi come se ci facessero un favore, e poi si proclamano professionisti, ma ne anche per idea, mi spiace per quelli pochissimi che magari hanno la voglia o la cultura del trasportare persone, ma per il resto, dal centralino al tassista proprio, ci stano per che magari non sano altro che guidare o rispondere al telefono

App buona per avere più servizi in un solo luogo. Un po' lentina nell'apertura. Il servizio di acquisto biglietto dei treni per iOS non ha mai funzionato, segnalato più volte ma dicono che a loro non risulta. IPhone 14 e sistema operativo aggiornato. Chissà quando avremo il piacere di poter utilizzare quest'opzione. Accesso ai monopattini e le bici più lento rispetto alle rispettive app native.

il 31 ottobre io ed altre ragazze siamo andate a ballare e avevamo prenotato il taxi circa 3 settimane prima per le 3:15 di notte. Nella prenotazione c’era scritto “corsa prenotata” ma due minuti prima dell’orario stabilito arriva una notifica con su scritto “corsa annullata”. Una delusione
