Apps decent and straightforward to use. Just a suggestion - maybe automatically link to WiFi through the app? Some pubs you get no signal whatsoever thus defeating the object of the app

I ordered an American burger off of the app. Was told it would come with chips. Was given a plain burger. When I complained I was told there was nothing they could do as the American burger was registered as a plain burger on the till. Will not be ordering an American burger from the Kings Fee again!

I think the table numbers need some TLC as wasted money today items went wrong table. Thr brass tags unclear, get damaged struggle with eye sight. That staff know issues but th black marker rubbed off. Other restaurants got better table numbering system less confusing clearer.

Has previously been great but recently very buggy where it doesn’t show orders properly, despite being charged and receiving email confirmation. Issues need sorting pronto.

Why have we lost all the pubs visited again. Bloody useless you are.

If I try to use my debit card or Apple Pay, it always returns an error. I can only pay with PayPal which requires an additional login. Overall the app is clunky. It takes too long to order. It would benefit from a frequently ordered option.

This is the best pup I’ve been a regular scince it opened and it’s still the best.

Since version 6 update, Apple Pay is very unreliable. No end of times I get to the final payment stage of the app and it freezes, so I have to start again. So I reopen the app but then it asks if I'm in some other pub elsewhere in the country. Really? What kind of useless feature is this when you can't even get the basics right? Yet Apple Pay was rock solid with version 5 so why have you broken it?

When it works, it works well. But when it randomly decides it has network problems, particularly on the pub WiFi which a speed test indicates is working OK, then it is pretty much unusable. If they can sort that out it would be at least a 4* app
