Thai bl that is advertised as being on WeTv is not shown on this app even though I’ve paid for VIP for a year specifically for those series. A little disappointed, hoping that I get these shows during the next year, in Australia. False advertising when show’s saying that they will be on WeTv aren’t in Australia. Want my yearly subscription back. Very unsatisfactory

this app is unbelievably bad - takes your money but denies VIP . THREE TIMES IN TWO MONTHS.

I paid for the vip but I can't but my profile still no Vip. Can't watch. I want refund now

I’ve had the VIP subscription but I still get advertisements and promotions to subscribe to VIP as the subscription service is run through Apple iTunes the app doesn’t seem to recognise my subscription and then I can’t access vip content. I’ve had to cancel get a refund but there’s content I can’t access on any other platform in my region I’d like to watch.

I am put in the position of constantly being put in the position of having to contact you when you say my subscription is due. Once AGAIN for your information my subscription is paid automatically when due. Paid through Apple. This is the last time. I have cancelled my subscription. At the time I was told my subscription was still valid until 31st January. Get it together and make up your mind. Worst service ever!!!!!?

Work in the vip

Very limited content available in Australia region. I cannot see some drama or series which is showed on other Asian country.

I’ve been enjoying Chinese content on Netflix and decided I’d try WeTV but the subtitles English is usually broken and makes no sense with a lot of mistakes. The content is definitely interesting, but it’s really frustrating to try and read the bad spelling.

Recently the app is not working properly. Been watching normally but after the Apple software update, your WeTv app can’t open at all. Please fix this issue as soon as possible, I need to watch the Doula anime.

I am a VIP member and have been since last year. Now the app isn’t allowing me to watch VIP content and says I am not a VIP member. When trying to re-join VIP the app states that it cannot upload my VIP status try again later. What the heck is going on. This has been happening for three days now. Why can’t we contact you direct and have to go through these very confusing methods to speak to you. Surely you have some customer service personnel there. Get this fixed, can’t watch my shows. NOT HAPPY!!!! This is the second review. Haven’t heard anything from the first review, so this time the whole WETV app isn’t opening at all. Am canceling my subscription and hope that something will be done about this. Not sure if your asian subscribers are happy but I (in Australia) am not. 10/2/2023 still no answer to my enquiry. Still can’t open the app not the iqyi app. Not sure what is happening with these apps. Have they been stopped by the Chinese government in overseas countries. Not a good thing is it. Will keep asking you developers. Till I get an answer! When are tou going to resolve all these issues. People complaining everyday, now can’t even get into the app. What the heck is going on. Want to watch what we have paid for, if not start refunded money! Where the hell is your company?
