WFMZ+ Streaming

After latest update my WFMZ plus account which is registered doesn’t transfer to the Apple TV app apparently. Doesn’t let me watch live tv shows. Shows lock. App worked fine prior to the update. I have tried to delete the app and reinstall but nothing is working.

There is a lock icon ?? No information on how to resolve very disappointing.

Tried to watch my family match in the string bands and I missed two bands due to technical difficulties. Very irritating!

The app will not allow you to view a “Live” broadcast after registering to do so, which is what most everyone will want to do with this app. The live broadcast continues to display the “Lock” icon as if you haven’t logged in, but I did login. The problem happens on both the AppleTV app and the iPhone app. I went in to the App Store to report the problem. You can’t… When you select the Support icon, it immediately opens the URL website where there is no option for reporting a problem, BUT the live stream will work via the website, just not the app. Awful!

Just installed this for the first time on Apple TV 4K. The Home Screen jumps around wildly, making the app impossible to use.

Since updating to tvOS 16 on my Apple TVs (all of them… latest version and older 4K version), you can’t go “up” on the main screen to access the Home, Search, or Login options at the top of the app. Eventually, the app just starts jumping up and down on the screen for a few seconds. I can’t actually login to view the channel, so what is the point? Please fix.

This is one awful app. What’s the point of it? I don’t get it. Everything says locked. You can news and weather but everything else is locked. You say register? Register for what? Enter the email and password you supposedly used to register and you get an invalid username-password notification. Again. What is the point of this app other than taking up valuable space on my device

This app works on Roku. It does not work on iPhone. You cannot unlock the locked screens even after you reset the password.

The app only allows me to watch when I’m in my house, otherwise all the screens are “locked.” What do I need to steam at home for, I can just watch the television. Go back to the drawing board with this loser of an app…

I was really hoping I could use this app to view WFMZ content but found myself disappointed. I followed the instructions to create an account but didn’t receive the promised account verification email. I wrote WFMZ and received a response stating a ticket had been created and I was asked what email addy I used. I provided it but not a response. Interesting enough the one alert I approved works and I get those emails. I love WFMZ but the department of the company that manages the WFMZ+ app needs to replace some people.
