Established in 2019, Whakaaro is a leading food delivery service headquartered in Thalassery, Kerala. With over 10000 successful monthly deliveries, we are currently amongst the largest food delivery service in the Malabar region in terms of a number of successful deliveries executed daily. Currently, we are operational in two cities – Thalassery and Kannur. Apart from these, we have franchisees in Vadakara and Vadakkenchery. We accept delivery orders through phone calls as well. We have dedicated order handling executives to cater to the customer needs in a selection of a variety of cuisines and recipes. We focus on smooth customer experience and timely deliveries. We have a consistent track record in maintaining good customer and restaurant relations, with over 10000 active users and 100 restaurant partners.

Ordered a few items and waited for 1hr 30 minutes. Bad behaviour from the delivery team. Very disappointed
Very Bad service
We Ordered items from this App on 23 Aug 2023 at 09:05PM (order no.: WK12F9BB). The call for order confirmation was received. Later we were just waiting for the delivery to come. We waited till 10:40PM. No further calls were received. We tried calling the customer care service many times and no one responded. Its quite embarrassing that how these guys are fooling fellow customers like this.!
Bug in the locations
Location is showing wrong place all the time and no way to add manual address

Useless
Such a stupid and useless app so far.... It juss shows fetching location data nd that's it. It neither let's me in to select my location manually nor lets me get inside the app... Such a stupid app made by idiots or someone who doesn't know how to develop an app properly. Wasted my time.
