What A Paratha

Very pathetic customer service, they are not even picking up the call.

I ordered 2 wrap from what a paratha and when I received my order it was totally waste of money because we are unable to understand the taste because of pickles sorry lot of pickles and the paratha was really sticky because it was not fresh. Very bad experience You have to improve yourself

I dint know if its intentional but the card option for paymnet doesnt work Only cash on delivery is working anf this has been happening for a long time Fix this issue ithwrwise whats the point if this app even Nit satisfied Your website online oaymnet doesnt work either Get aome one to fix this

This is my 2nd order. Both deliveries were incomplete. Upon complain, the rider calls and say that he has reached back so “sir kindly manage”

What’s the point of having a great app if you don’t have good delivery service. It’s so pathetic that they don’t even bother to call after waiting of an hour or so. If you call them they’ll say “branch se call krwaty hain aap ki” and disconnected🤨 No calls from any branch and now they are picking it up… Very disappointed ☹️

They are looting on their app!!! Don't order from them thru it!!! You can get a lot cheaper prices of same things on foodpanda from their restruant. On top of that they are charging 16% gst with card payment!!! What the heck???????
