Everything in greek unacceptable in 2024 Then in cosmote you can have all numbers together if you have 2 prepaid numbers. Here only one? In the profile you see the other number but can not top up, have to delete reinstall and use other number One is data one mobile, again in cosmote app there are both, but then you receive a sms and can not use it with the wrong number? Again 2024, cosmote app is English and can have more numbers This one only greek and only one number is possible?

Missing a English version

This app is constantly eating my funds! I lost 11 Euro from yesterday to today, without having purchased anything. Today I am down to 22 from 30 Euro I topped up today! No explanation as to where the money goes! No statement! Nothing! Ok you said I should contact you, but I am lead to the whatsup webpage which does not help. Anyways it is not you deducting funds, but ote, who is not declarative concerning services and what the charges are. Anyways as far as I know I am charged double, one for the package and two in excess for every MB I spend, which is not ok. Either I am charged for one or the other. Otherwise it makes this service terrible expensive, and not worth the while. New: My greek is not that good, but I chose two times unlimited data for a month, and expected to get three months of use. Neither did I get the October service nor the free month. This isn’t just a bug! It is never to your misfortune! I wrote an email to the service of cosmote, vanishing funds, and received zero answer. This app is nothing but a big ripoff! You are thieves.

Very sad that Cosmote can't offer an English version. You wrote about changing this years ago, but it still hasn't happened. sad for the app developers. How is someone supposed to understand this as a non-Greek speaking person? because in Greece as a foreigner you have to have a Greek phone number for everything. I'll see if other providers offer something better.

It would be very good, if the app could be switched in English language too.

Fair offer with powerful internet reception. The unlimited prepaid internet package is perfect for tourists who are only in Greece for a few weeks a year. The only flaw with the app is that it's in Greek. If there was also a choice of English, everything would be perfect.

Horrible predatory app from a horrible telecoms company. What more is there to say? They steal your top up money and constantly harass you with SMS. Avoid at all costs.
