When signing up, or trying to activate my account I get an error that states “the company is currently Inactive”. This is frustrating considering that I’ve had voucher’s for the company that now seem to be void due to the companies inactivity

I have been getting this message for almost a week now, no response when I call and I had put in an inquiry about a month ago about the Model Y at my building getting out of shape as in dirty, low on tire pressure and low on window washing fluid. I don’t know what is going on, but no communication from the company is not good when you have users that are locked in monthly subscription payments.

Trying to enroll as a new user and required license photos continue to fail to upload. Why? Poor user experience, I’ll just skip it.

My building recently got whipev and I was really excited to try it out. Downloaded the app and created an account. Closed the app and now I can log back in. I just get the circle of death until I’m prompted with a “reconnect” button. I’d be a normal customer but can’t even access the app.

The idea of Whip EV is great. However, the app and UI are awful. I’ve been prompted after a trip to buy a membership, which I would like to do, but the option is nowhere to be found now. I looked online and found them, but my login won’t work on the site, only the app. I also wish you had the ability to take the car a few minutes early, with the time/cost starting then. You have to wait until the exact minute you reserved. There’s also no way to change a reservation. You have to cancel and rebook. Please make some user friendly changes!

This app allows you to book your trip, but has so many connectivity issues to the vehicle. I was only able to book the trip, start the trip reservation, and end the reservation. The app seems very broken to me.

The app is very simple to use, makes the reserving process a breeze! The customer service is great and if you have any issues they get back to you right away
