You order, your order stays pending for 3-4 days then it is suddenly cancelled saying it was upon your request!!! Thought it was a technical error, so re-ordered and the same thing happened again. What’s more, customer service number out of order. Deleted the app 😠

I made an order 10 days ago and I received nothing not the food no phone call no email no sms and when o tried to contact them through WhatsApp to get my order they didn’t reply to me till now really what a joke , Pawsket is much much more better

The hair removal brush was dirty looks like it is used! The quality of the dog plate also was not good, part of the rubber was lose.
