Not in favor of their customers. Hard to deal with. Sizes were way too large and I’m eating the price because of it.

Do not promise a welcome discount and not send one.

I tried to find out how to use my store credit and it just automatically purchased the order so now i spent way more money than i was supposed to.

I love white fox everything they have is gorgeous and it is all such good quality all of the money I have spent on white fox I have not regretted at all it is worth every penny

Worst experience ordering online in my life. First of all, they take so much time to ship but then say you can’t make a return if it has been over 30 days since the day the order was placed. They also don’t give you a normal refund, only store credit. My item was damaged when I got it so I truly don’t want to waste more money here. You also have to pay the large shipping cost back to where it came from which is deducted off your store credit. To top it off they said I may not get ANY store credit if the item is returned damaged but it came damaged ????? The customer service has been no help and can’t answer simple questions. This place has cheap quality and just wants your money.
