The absolute best way to get a good nights sleep when you’re not sleeping in your own bed. All the little distractions go away. Sleep timer is very helpful. Turn it on for the amount of time you want to sleep and it turns itself off exactly on time. That always wakes me up, well rested and ready to go. It’s also helpful at home.

Honestly a very good app

I got this app when I didn’t have a sound machine and it is very good! The only thing is that you have to put it at full volume just to hear it, overall a very great app!
