I’m not sure what the point of this app, if the Doctor can’t give out prescriptions. The app is very buggy, but I must the staff are very helpful and responsive to get issues sorted.

Thank God for WhiteCoat for always attending to my medical needs promptly. Dr Adnaan was thorough and reassuring and advised me on the follow up. Medication delivery was super fast, thanks to the operations team. Harish and Michelle, you guys are super heroes!

WhiteCoat is fantastic. Gone are the days when you would have to travel to a doctor while ill, and wait for hours if the queue is long. For a top up of medications for stable chronic disease, it is so much more convenient. And the meds are delivered to your doorstep. The wait is never too long and the doctors I have seen so far have been excellent. I just saw a doctor for flu symptoms. Waited 5 mins, diagnosis was fast and decisive. All done within a few minutes. Keep it up, WhiteCoat!

Dr. Daniel Sanchez is exceptionally patient and professional. He is caring and attentive to my symptoms and concerns. He even waived my consultation fee when he learned that this was my second visit following my last appointment.

I can't find access to changing language once you have selected the wrong one. A stupid design.

Decided to use WhiteCoat as I was too sick to head to work. The Doctor took her time to listen to my symptoms and also explained how I should monitor & treat myself with the relevant medications she’s prescribing.

EJ was very fast and efficient in helping me to amend wrong ID on my mc.. settled within 10min. Thumbs up for EJ.

Can't add family members, so can't do consultation when they are sick. The family group function didn't respond when taping next.

Was mistakenly given a 1-day MC instead of a 3-day MC. Wrote in to customer service and they responded + rectified it within 10mins. Shoutout to EJ who assisted me with this.
