For users to enjoy the app, developers should add more chatting features such as uploading files, chatting in group chats, voice call and video call with friends, voice messages instead of typing, the ability to delete and reply to messages, and reactions to messages. These features might improve the app. Suggest adding more language to the app, so that people who can't read Japanese and English can still use the app, and users can also set their language in the app. Users should be able to know whether their friends are online or not by adding a status feature. Instead of showing how many minutes, hours, or days ago was the message sent, developers can maybe change it to date, day, and time.
