Recently I was attending conference where this app was used. It is very practical and easy to use and you are all the time updated from changing of program and you can easily make connections and see beforehand attendees and start conversations with the people who share same interests as you. I highly recommend this app all who are organizing conferences
As a participant who recently attended an event supported with Whova, I can give it a wholehearted recommendation. I have no idea about the cost structure and the notifications tend to get a bit clustered in a +1000 person event. I think the app itself can become sort of like slack, discord or a few other general use apps that become more or less a staple in your phone and inventory, depending on how often your participate in events like this. However, from my side, it’s a solid 5/5 as an app that actually adds something, instead of just raising the question of ”why couldnt this simply be a website” or ”why do I have to download another app”.

This app is a winner! No more fumbling with papers or reading through lengthy schedules to remember which presentation you are headed to next. Everything is at your finger’s tip with the customized agenda feature❤️ And when you can’t find your business card, you can exchange contact information at the push of a button. This app kept me organized through a long week.

App worked seamlessly. I was able to schedule and change my daily agenda quickly and easily. This app was invaluable, I attended a 3 day seminar virtually and Whova made it so easy. I was able see my entire agenda for each day at a glance and click on each class in the app to join virtually. No need to copy and paste links or sign in over and over again. Very user friendly! I wish all conferences were this organized. I hope use of this app becomes the norm.
I find information from whova more helpful than any in person billboards in the conference
