Try to place an order at 11:45 AM and the app says that the cut-off order time was 12 PM. But I was unable to place the order and called the customer service hotline. I was told to empty the cart, restart the app add everything back to the cart and try ordering again - which failed again. The customer service guy insisted that he could place the order from his end. Then something is obviously wrong. So fix your damn app!
I’ve corporate account using corporate email address but when i reset pw it will ask for mobile number. After changing, still cant login with corporate email. Able to login with mobile number instead BUT it becomes personal account! Freaking annoying & a waste if time + menus are limited and on some days selections all lousy!
Made order food never once arrive.
Always delayed for orders and paying extra for each item on top of marked up prices? Come on. Totally not worth the headaches and wait. Food comes up to more than double the price and many orders are always slightly wrong or items not available. Don’t bother deleted the app since.
The app hang on and cannot be used. Either the user interface is difficult to use or maybe technical glitch that does allow user to sign in and use. Hope the app improved
There is no update about the status of my order, called in to realise that no delivery person was placed, and they had to send another delivery person. Ordered place 4.30pm for delivery 6.45-7.15pm told to wait till 7.45-8.15pm, customer service from call centre is beyond horrifying, the audacity to hang up on a frustrated customer was beyond comprehension. The level of service from this app, will definitely be the downfall of this app itself.
Not the first time they are always late and and they even delayed timing. Food is cold also when arrived. This means they had other places delivered first. Not good service. Lastly its not cheap at all! Please dont use this app.
The food (if and when it reaches you) is always great, but the delivery is an absolute nightmare. Forget cravings; you have to book hours in advance, and be ready for hours of delay most of the time. And this is when your order doesn’t get cancelled… The idea of supporting hawkers is great and I am all for it, but please take some time to rethink your logistic setup entirely. It pains me to see that so much money could go to our hawkers if only you would do your part right..
Totally get what the reviewers said - awful customer service with no admission of mistake, perpetual late delivery My recent experience is that they couldn’t even get the facts right which delivery slot I chose (when it was correctly reflected on my order) and kept insisting I chose the later delivery and that the delivery is NOT late, such serious denial. Left a feedback and when the cust svc rep responded, they recounted the incident incorrectly, I’m mind blown.
