WIC Connect

This app won’t let me login for the past two months now. It’s ridiculous I can’t see any of my stuff because it won’t allow me to login. They should really fix that and work on getting my a better upc scanner in the app because the scanner never worked when I could sign in. It’s frustrating

Won’t let me log in since updating says I don’t have access can’t check anything I wish WIC would just use a text service a number you could text to receive your balances would be so much more convenient for new moms

I have tried to login to this app numerous times and always get an error message. Had the lady at wic help me got logged in 2 days later back to not allowing me to login and says my password was part of a data breach and will no longer let me login since or reset anything. Terrible app.

Please just fix the app properly. Your not so quick fix doesn’t even work. Error messages non stop.

This app was already bad and now it is worst. The developers had only one thing to do and they did it wrong! Now nobody can login into the app. I expected nothing from you guys and you still managed to disappoint me again!

I can never get the app to work or access anything

Would be helpful to put the pictures of approved items FOR YOU in here instead of the UPC codes/names. A lot of times the items I get that are in my pamphlet aren’t wic approved for some reason. It’s a huge pain in the butt. Would be so much easier to see the image than to have to read the UPC or scan it to see if it’s approved. Super embarrassing and timely when you’re trying to shop. Also the barcode scanner is so slow and hard to scan items!

Crashes and have not been able to scan items for a couple months now
