The PayPal checkout gets stuck in a loading loop and won’t complete despite a perfectly fine internet connection.

Unable to put a widget on as it just showing a blank widget on iPhone 5 Pro no barcode showing. Update to app required I think

(date 6/4/24) still after two weeks I can't load the app up, Wickes needs to get their team to fix this bug. makes the business look out of date and the app pointless.

All time Crach in last update Need only reinstall

This is a great app when it works, however numerous times when you need it in store and it just fails to load. It’s not connection as other apps are fine, it’s just that this one fails. A white circle followed by a blue one and then back to your Home Screen - useless!

Wickes should fix this issue I am unable to open it and keeps crashing

Tried removing then reinstalling but on my iPhone 13 you can’t actually get to the product pages as the links don’t work.

Many issues with this app…it is very slow. Allows you to search for items but then won’t let you click them. The only way you can view a product is if you search and select it from the auto generated drop down box meaning you have to be very precise with what you’re searching for. Many occasions it won’t let you delete the auto generated 1 in quantity. Also can’t checkout as the green box just turns white. Wickes is a good place to buy diy products from. Some products are good value, others expensive but you get everything in one place rather than co-ordinating multiple deliveries for a project. This app needs an overhaul.

I try to click on a product and it’s doesn’t open that product page. I have tried uninstalling and installing the app again but it still continues to not work.

Can’t click on items to retrieve information on relevant information, just a picture and price and if needing different items of different specifications it becomes tiresome, can’t even contact support, will try a delete and reinstall the app
