One of the worst collaboration apps I have ever used. Don’t bother trying to use this useless app

App always crashes, how is the worlds greatest air force using this garbage app???

Password reset is glitchy and in reliable. The app will lock you out for not reason. Re-login verification only works 25% of the time. NOT DEPENDABLE. Support is very good but having to constantly contact them is ridiculous.

App constantly crashes when going into channels. Attempted reinstall but the desktop version won’t read the QR code for authentication/approval. Additionally, the desktop application crashes every time I screen share or someone screen shares with me. All around just a poor application and I hate that my work has forced this on us.

In the middle a mission and wikr kicked me out of the app. Now I’m resetting every thing and lost all the info I need.

Great app to use for group chat

Been using wickr pro with my company for about 6 months now. The tool has greatly streamlined our communications during the COVID work from home ordeal. The security is clearly well thought out and the interface is much improved from years ago. Looking forward to new features coming down the path. Suggestion: maybe have a forum where users can submit new feature requests for all of the wickr products.

This app rocks

I’ve been using this app for three years and it’s growth has been amazing. More features than signal for business applications. Compliance features makes document retention policies easy. Looking forward to seeing what’s next in development.
